A - Arrival

Check-in/Check-out:

Parking Facilities:
Our free parking spaces can be found at the "Kölpinsee" residence, below the "Balmer See" residence, and opposite the Steakhus restaurant. You are also welcome to rent a parking space in our underground garage for €7.00 per day. Each holiday apartment has its own free parking space directly at the respective residence.
Transfer:
We are happy to offer you a free transfer to Heringsdorf Airport and Schmollensee train station. Please inform us of your departure times in good time directly at the hotel reception.

B - Bank to F - Bicycle

Bank:
You can find EC cash machines for Sparkasse and Volksbank in the seaside resorts and in the city of Usedom. The nearest Deutsche Bank can be found in Anklam and Wolgast. Commerzbank is located in Greifswald.
Payment:
The following credit cards are accepted: Mastercard, Visa, and American Express.
Iron:
Our housekeeping has irons and ironing boards ready for you, Tel. 170.
Dry Cleaning:
We will gladly take your clothes for cleaning.
Duration: approx. 6 days. A price list and laundry bag can be found in your wardrobe. Registration at Tel. 170.
E-Bikes:
We have set up a bicycle charging area for your e-bikes in our underground parking garage at the main Balmer See building. To ensure safe charging, please use only the designated power outlets for your e-bike batteries.
E-Charging Station:
You will find two e-charging stations in the parking lot opposite our steakhouse. Please refer to the description on site for further information.
Bicycle Rental:
Explore the island of Usedom by bike. You can rent children's bicycles and e-bikes for a fee.
Fire/Emergency Exits:
In the event of a fire, please observe the escape plan on your room door and the escape route markings in the corridors. Both will guide you to the nearest emergency exit.
Lost and Found:
Managed by housekeeping, Tel 170.

G - Golf

Tee Times
Book these with our on-site staff at our golf reception or by phone at 199 or yourself via the following link: Tee Times.
Bag Tag/Green Fee:
You will receive your bag tag at the golf reception. Please attach it visibly for course control.
E-Carts:
Reserve these directly at our golf reception or by phone 199.
E-Trolleys:
We have set up a charging area for your e-trolleys in the caddy room in front of and below our Asia Pavilion. To ensure safe charging, please use only the designated power outlets for your batteries.
Golf Bag:
Please lock your golf bag in the caddy room below the Asia Pavilion. Please also charge your e-trolley here. Your room key grants you access to the caddy room. We ask you not to store golf bags in the hotel residences or hotel rooms.
The residences of the holiday apartments each have their own caddy room.
Golf School:
At our golf pro you can take taster courses and training sessions. He can help you with his tips & tricks to get started in one of the most exciting sports. Please make reservations via the golf reception at phone 199 . The golf school is located at the driving range.
Golf Reception:
This is located on the hill next to the Asia Pavilion and can be reached by phone at phone 199.
Course Control:
Our marshals carry out course controls on the golf course from 15.03 to 31.10 & offer you the opportunity to purchase snacks and drinks.
Proshop:
Located in the golf reception building, phone 199.

H - Pets to L - Lawn

Pets:
Are possible on request. We charge €20.00 per pet and day (without food).
However, please understand that pets are not allowed in the Panorama Restaurant and the entire wellness area. Dogs must be kept on a leash on the golf course.
Please note that damages or soiling will be repaired at the pet owner's expense. You can get additional dog waste bags from our housekeeping at Tel. 170 and at the hotel reception.
Information about dog beaches in the Kaiserbäder can also be obtained at the reception under Tel. 100.
Internet:
In our lobby, restaurant & bar, as well as in your room or apartment, we offer you free Wi-Fi access. Select "Golfhotel Gastnetz" on your device. After a successful connection, start your internet browser and open any website. You will be automatically redirected to our hotel's access page. Please accept the listed terms and conditions.

Sunbathing lawn
The sunbathing lawn is located approx. 100m behind the Werder and Böhmke residences, with a bathing jetty to the Achterwasser and a mini-golf course.

Minigolf:
Our 9-hole minigolf course offers not only fun and challenge for all ages but is also freely accessible to our hotel guests on our spacious sunbathing lawn. Equipment is provided at the hotel reception for you.
Medical Assistance:
Pharmacy: At the hotel reception, we will inform you of the nearest on-duty pharmacy.
Doctor: Our hotel reception can refer you day and night.
Post:
You are welcome to hand in your outbound mail at the hotel reception. Outgoing mail items will be delivered directly to the hotel rooms or apartments.

Wellness bag:
A wellness bag with sauna towels and bath slippers can be found in your room. Bathrobes are in the wardrobe.
In our holiday apartments, rental bathrobes are also available. The rental fee is a one-time €10.00 per bathrobe.

Can be found in your hotel room in the closet or can be borrowed at the hotel reception.
Cleaning utensils
For our holiday apartments, you will find cleaning utensils in the residences Krienker See, Usedomer See, Wolgastsee, and Nepperminer See in the respective caddy rooms.
In the residences Werder and Böhmke, these are located in the laundry rooms.
Repairs:
If a defect occurs in the room during your stay, please inform the hotel reception staff, Tel. 100.
Safe:
Each of our hotel rooms as well as our apartments are equipped with a safe.
For a safe with a pin, select a four-digit pin of your choice. Use this pin to open and close the safe. The entry of the pin must be confirmed each time with the hash key (#).
All valuables must be deposited in the safe; otherwise, the hotel assumes no liability for any losses. Valuables stored in the safe are insured up to a maximum value of €500.00.
Telephone:
All hotel rooms and holiday apartments have a direct-dial telephone. Your number is: 038379 28 - and the respective room number. To get an outside line, please dial "0" and then the desired telephone number. For outgoing calls, a charge of €0.20 per unit applies.
Laundry room for our apartments:
All holiday apartment residences have a washing machine and a dryer, which are located in the respective caddy rooms. One washing or drying cycle costs €2.00 each. Use of the machines requires €0.50 coins.
Interim cleaning for our apartments:
An interim cleaning, towel or bed linen change is possible for a fee. Please arrange an appointment with our housekeeping, Tel. 170.
