Please use the staff routes in the hotel (marked as "Service"). The public areas as well as the entrances and exits are reserved exclusively for our guests!
Working hours are recorded electronically. The time recording device is located in the area of the "bulletin board" in the service corridor (& greenkeeper hall for our greenkeepers & gardeners).
IMPORTANT: Everyone must clock in themselves! Clocking in for others is prohibited!
The employee parking spaces are located behind the "Nepperminer See" residence. If these are full, please use the alternative parking spaces directly opposite.
IMPORTANT: Improper parkers may be charged a parking fee of 10 euros per day!
There is a strict no-smoking policy throughout the hotel area! The exception is the smoking area next to the underground garage. Please also pay attention to cleanliness, order, and quiet conversations here.
You have the opportunity to eat in our staff canteen as well as drink mineral water and coffee.
The following meal times are available to you:
Breakfast: 07:00 AM - 09:30 AM
Lunch: 11:30 AM - 02:00 PM
Dinner: 16:30 PM - 18:00 PM
The billing is done in connection with the deduction of the tax-free benefit values. The deductions are applied, taxed, and then deducted again from the gross salary depending on the number of working days.
IMPORTANT: Self-entry in the meal plan!
The work uniform provided to you can be given to the housekeeping colleagues for free washing at any time. Just make sure you have enough changes of clothes for your next working day.
Innovation & improvements are the driving force of our company! Regular training as well as advanced and further education courses conducted are therefore an important part of our development. For the arrangement of individual further training opportunities, please contact Mr. Heselhaus.
If you have ideas and suggestions, don't keep your proposals to yourself. We are always open to improvements.

We are happy to offer you and three other persons the opportunity to dine in our restaurants at employee rates (50% discount).
NOTE: Prior registration & consultation with the restaurant manager required.
WELLNESS
The pool and saunas are available for your use from Sunday to Thursday from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
You have the option to use all treatments at employee prices (50% discount).
GOLF
You have the opportunity to experience playing golf for free with our pro, subject to prior registration with the colleagues at the golf reception! You can also purchase golf items in our pro shop at a 50% discount.
ROOMS & APARTMENTS
Do you need a room or apartment for your family & relatives? Employee prices and availability for the desired period are determined by management and can be requested from the reservation manager Wenke Ziegert!
PERSONIGHTS
In cooperation with the company Personights, you have the opportunity to stay at partner hotels throughout Germany at discounted prices.
The following prices apply:
Double room 60 euros per night & single room 35 euros per night
Reservations are made via the website www.personights.de. You will receive the booking code needed to make reservations on the "Schwarzes Brett" (notice board) in the service corridor.
